• Information about your facility provided in correspondence
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)

• Deliver our audit services and communicate with you about your assessment
• Send you your audit report and related documents
• Schedule and conduct debrief calls
• Issue invoices and process payments
• Respond to enquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Audit Reports & Confidentiality

All audit reports are prepared for the named client only. Facility-specific findings are never shared with third parties, published, or used in marketing materials without express written consent. We may use aggregated, anonymised industry data derived from multiple assessments for benchmarking purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Reports are delivered via secure PDF. We do not retain photographic evidence beyond report delivery unless requested.

Data Retention

We retain contact and billing records for seven years in accordance with Australian tax law. Audit reports and findings are retained for two years unless you request earlier deletion.
