These terms govern your use of East Auditing services. By engaging East Auditing, you agree to these terms.
East Auditing provides independent facility standards assessments for gym and fitness operators. Our assessors attend facilities as independent observers and produce scored reports based on observable, physical conditions at the time of assessment.
East Auditing reports represent the independent observations of our assessors at a specific point in time. They do not constitute:
Payment is due before the assessment visit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled visit receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled visit forfeit 50% of the assessment fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee.
If your audit report does not identify at least three specific, actionable findings you were not previously aware of, you may request a full refund within 7 days of report delivery. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@eastauditing.com.au with a brief explanation.
East Auditing treats all facility-specific findings as confidential. We will not publish, share, or reference your facility's specific audit results without your written consent. You may share your report with your own team, contractors, or stakeholders without restriction.
East Auditing's liability in connection with any assessment is limited to the fee paid for that assessment. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from our reports or recommendations.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
